Not sure about that. My experience a broader investor base would be an advantage. Thorney are approaching 30% in SPA after this latest CR round. Is that good for the SP? In my opinion SC is worth everything he is being paid. The turnaround from a basket case under the previous leadership team to now is like day and night in terms of performance. The resulting capital structure from that near death experience is the price SHs are paying.
