While you were away ResApp iteration towards learning from past debauchery is very commendable:
Built new revenue streams- Cough counter which differentiates from background noise ( Thank you US trials)
Shortened integration timelines- App clips via text message ( Thank you long integration process of Coviu and Phenix)
Built(read:building )new verticals- Software Development kit( SDK) - Thank you RB and Sanofi
Delighting customers- Extending SDK for consumer Asthma app for Astra Zeneca. Thank you for all of the above.
In a nutshell building an economic moat (brick by brick in a staggered way). This is what in Venture Capital world is known as “Build Once, Sell Twice model”
What has not changed: communication! I think it’s still Work in Progress. My view, they need a better entrepreneur.
