    Why buy when you can just legislate free shares to yourself?

    Chris has plenty of MBE shares even buying $100k worth would not even excite him or make much of a difference to his holding. He would have to buy $250k worth to make it worth while and not everyone has that kind of coin laying around. If he buys a smaller amount the downers will just say its a token effort.
