    Options priced at $0.65 implies a rise of $0.15, which from here at $0.50 is 30%!

    This is a good level of pricing incentive options. It can't be unrealistic because good people will leave. It can't be too low, even free, because it insults the shareholders.

    Management happy, stable, and incentivized makes for a good sp, remembering always they won't sell when the sp hits $0.65, but much higher.
