Who knows - But the ' SKY ' is pretty much the limit if you were to consider a full on script Bid from any of the likes of Novo , Pacton , GSM , DEG. And the company looks set ' Beautifully ' for this to occur with the Register so awash with shares outstanding. And why not I say - as in this situation , CAD's tax losses alone are worth a staggering $88 743, 539 as at December 31 , 2019.

Then there is also the aspect of the Acquirer selling off CAD's North American interests. And you only have to look to the Half Year Accounts to see that they claims they are ' in discussions ' . So what's that worth to someone like say in a fanciful wishful thinking mode .......a Telsa .....

Nevada Projects

The Company made payments in respect to its tenements including the maintenance fees to the Bureauof Land Management in Nevada USA. The Company continues to maintain its claims and is in discussionwith various parties who have expressed an interest in investing in those claims either by way ofacquisition or farm-in.

Now while the carrying values on these ' American ' interests are only reflected as a Net Liability or deficit , that's not to say they are Worth something which might ' Offset ' an acquisition by either of an Australian player or indeed a foreigh operator who has a keen interest in the Hemi Pilbara ' Nearology '
