It makes you want to cry. He can destroy any share value and still meet some compartmentalized performance target. When someone's performance is so bad this is insulting. Performance targets need to consider the overall picture. There should be more than one criteria including a minimum share price. This is yet another example of things being stacked towards executives, always at the expense of the shareholder, who is paid lip service.
