I have concerns about the new director, but only because he was in a board (A40) for which I lost the entire capital investment. I could not find any evidence of him undertaking questionable activities however two other directors on that company I did find evidence of questionable, if not illegal actions which were to the detriment of shareholders.
He is also on the board of SBM, that company has been lagging on share price performance for some time now but I have not researched what the reason for that is.
I am cautious on Bob but not selling because of him.
