He got "determined" as 83% of target for the short term KPI's... Bonus as I read it starts to kick in at 75%.

I should've have been a miner - in my industry I was lucky if bonus kicked in at 90% and more like 95 or 97.5.



Id love to know who they use to benchmark this stuff - maybe mediocrity incorporated do it for them.

Yep mate you're still a little new here so why not have the whole 30% this year cos you moved the office to Qld and Adam kicked ass (who left btw)....You know also last year was only $148k and we told ya to hang around and we would look after ya....


So on the 1st of July '19 the SP opened at $0.49 cents and on the 30th of June closed at $0.404 cents.

So this:

Yeah right which shareholder expectation is aligned with the above...

Crazy times indeed... GLTAH if your bonus start 25% below what isnt a huge target anyway...... well Im sure you already worked it out.
