For everyone to understand ,i compare ORM as a beach front allotment .Big enough to build a hotel or resort but it is likely to remain vacant till it suit the Major sub holder ,CY
The management is getting paid by ALL shareholders.
Cost to keep it is minimal ,but guaranteed that its value would increase over the year without risking big money for a building.
What has happened to ORM since the "T/O" or better still since it fell under control of CY ?
"CY" is basically the management that is holding the control.
He needs not 100% control ,but enough control to call the shots .
No use complaining to the management?
