The authorities take a dim view on directors buying and selling shortly afterwards and not disclosing that in the same notice especially when so many days have elapsed. These guys have been around for a while so they are unlikely to have been selling.
Need to wait but my view would be that they were converting the options into shares on the basis of expiry and the expectation of an increased share price based on how close they are to taking the company to the next level.
Hopefully the events of the past week are a hiccup based on poor due diligence and not a company ending mistake.
