    Yes saw that when it finally popped up for me (i was looking at BLG notice).

    Still, my point remains - they buy into the CR when available at a discount to retail.

    I haven't seen any of them buy on market retail when the price was dropping and supporting!

    Always when the CR discount comes calling.
