Looks like the transaction computer is frozen, can't decide whether to proceed or not the 1.6c orders.
Nothing has changed in market depth, so far only those high fee electronic bank transfers could transfer the entitlement payments on time. BP will get a lot of share and oppies, let's see what they will do with that.
Not a good way to end this " CR went wrong " scenario. Let's hope the science performs better and they come up with some exiting progress news next year as I don't think they will let us know this year - despite scheduled in several anns.
