I don’t know why the consideration was quoted in GBP.... but if my trusty Casio calculator serves me correctly... this insider on-market buy was at AUD 2.56c per share.
There are many reasons why Directors/Insiders sell... e.g. margin calls, tax payments, house purchase, private school fees, divorce, funding pet projects etc etc... many have no link to their view of their company.
But there is only one valid reason why Directors/insiders buy their own company shares!!!! Especially when they already have plenty of shares and options.
I am glad I topped up heavy last couple of weeks too on IMU and my other favourite ASX biotech.
