He could also be setting himself up for a CGT discount. The sooner he converts the sooner the clock starts counting down, we will know in a few days if he has converted 25M options.
If he has every body will be very excited that he has shown so much confidence.
Just because he is a Director doesn’t mean he has a lazy $Million sitting around to convert options with.
