Just a couple of thoughts a) some may have thought the $20k bet was just an intended soft signal of confidence. Directors with skin in the game etc.
b) others see it as a signal of no blackout imminent but as pointed out if new info drops its basically all bets off.
Personally as an officer I would have to have my arm severely twisted to buy any shares at this point in time. Damned if you do damned if you don't.
