ok so wamg are buying it . will they make a move to add it into WLE like they wanted to ? or are they just taking advantage of the arbitrage ..... but to do that they have to be an activist to get their payday...... the CYA portfolio isnt going to collapse and activism with CYA was not their option a few months ago...... will it move towards its NTA ?
