A month later (4 May 2022) there are few buying orders (c.6000 shares) visible on nabtrade but almost 130000 up for sale at various asks.
I still back Mr Ahmet's knowledge and judgment over small time sellers, with only 6688 shares traded this morning in the first 38 minutes since 1000 AEST.
We may have to wait for another few months until the next trading update to see how MTO is going but let's remember Buffett's famous line about patience v impatience. I don't support his leftie politics but in respect of 'Mr Market', his experience gives him credibility.
Many motorcycle owners will be 'boys' on high salaries (miners, tradesmen and so on) so interest rate rises may not affect them as much as some others, and therefore while not ideal hopefully won't be disastrous for MTO. Higher importing costs (such as shipping containers) and delays in obtaining stock may be greater constraints.
