    @ Goldenwings.. are the escrowed shares included in 291 million stated on their CR presentation dated 18/6. thanks in advance.

    i might be wrong but seems like the founders are over rewarding themselves... they don't need to do that at this stage, build the business and then they/board can reward them, even retail shareholders won't feel bad...!
