Big Transaction Within,  sure is a vote of confidence by the CEO and CO-FOUNDER to purchase such a large Qnty as the share price hasn't gone past the 30c mark since 2011
maybe brighter days are ahead and the agreed 35c was for the bulk Qnty and includes a forward earning outlook for the following year as well.
always suited my style of investment having a founder ./ ceo buying on market large Qnty of shares at a  higher price than the current SP.
