I think it was already stated/widely known especially with the low market cap that TER would fall out of the asx300.
Staged or coordinated? Hmmmm i dont know. Where does the $$$$ come from?
Directors buying hasn't really moved the needle either.
Maybe they have more info of a buyout or a real plan.
I would say at this MC its undervalued and a buy, but they clearly have some hurdles to get over first.
