Criteria.
1. Turn up for work
2. Get paid for doing their job
3. Raise $30 Mill
4. Convert debt to equity
5. Do the obligatory consolidation
Why else would they get performance shares. Usually directors just need to comply with items 1, 2 and 5 to get them. Atleast OBM directors did items 3 and 4. Altough IMO item 4 would not have been that difficult as the creditors would have had little choice.
