Unfortunately it isn't that easy as the company secretary needs to have a good understanding of the Corporation Act 2001, governing being listed as a public company on the ASX, no easy task.
Would you trust your private details to "casual" secretaries?
But agree wholeheartedly re: Sam Wright being replaced if he keeps making blunders but has he erred?
