The 100k here looks like part of a larger SP coded sale of 580k shares at the same 63c price point. At ~1% of the shares on issue it is significant and leaves the questions who else sold shares and who purchased the stake.
Immediately followed by, did the parties take one for the team by selling low to introduce a new player, or just self interest. It looks like a coordinated team effort so would not expect it to be a single director looking for spending money.
