It is a gift from shareholders giving company employees freebies. They should have a high price as the company should be increasing in value . Market price only has to stay at 10c or above for 20 day vwap . Hmmm not a huge hurdle IMO . They are valued notationally at 5 cents current value so infact shareholders have just given this bloke eqivalent au$110,000 approx as a performance bonus. Yes he may never get it depending on company performance but also consider that hurdle is only valuaing RFX at around 200 mill market cap which could be achieved with the right multiple with battery sales less than 2000 a year. Every cent above 10c is 20 grand to this blokes pocket!!

Just tring to put it in perspective compared to any possible dividend shareholders can possibly dream of getting and also remember he is getting paid to do his job $50k as well.
