David established RFM in February 1997 and since that time he is responsible for the acquisition of large-scale agricultural property assets and associated water entitlements. RFM manages over $1.2 billion of agricultural assets. RFF is an example along with a few other Funds that is not listed in ASX but privately held by investors.

David has established himself as a trusted advisor as investors would have to hand over money to invest in the Funds that he run from Cotton, Almonds, water rights, poultry and Cows. They are long running Funds that is
more than decades old. There is very limited secondary market for the unit holders as the units are usually privately held.

I won't bother in answering your questions.

Do you know the story of Kerry Packer, Alan Bond and channel 9?

David did the same and sold one of his fund at it peak.

The shares was purchased in his Super Fund and therefore most likely be Monday lying around or sale of another liquid asset to fund the purchase.

He is a major share holder of RFM (around 78%).

If he was a discipline man, he would be loaded.
