Pretty much a farmers life, full of good and bad events.
All these tenants are professional, highly experienced, resourceful farmers.
They make room for droughts, floods, fire, bad market conditions etc , they also take advantage of when these conditions are in their favour and put a bit away for the bad times.
Something the "hobby" farmer does not do, but then sticks out the hand towards Govt and the public when trouble arrives. But you dont see them giving back in good times.
Anyway, RFF management have farming experience of their own but choose to take the real estate investment path. Afterall, the thing a farmer needs most is.....Land.
