There was never any doubt that the boss Mr Bryant would add to his considerable holding, if he thought it wise to buy in the $2.70 range it was only a matter of time before he opened his wallet to buy more at what is now a ridiculous low price for no reason at all, Mr Bryant is so much more intelligent than you or me or anyone on this thread, and as the boss knows exactly what is going on in the organisation that he so proudly and boldly heads, i am sure if the foolish sellers continue their rout and RFF drops to $2, im sure he will continue to add to his sizable holdings of nearly 17 million shares.
inflation is both good and bad for RFF as you all know, its good in that we can increase the rents and the land values will increase, but in turn with higher inflation comes higher % rates and our borrowing costs increase, but that is mostly offset due to higher rents we can charge.
