Please read my previous post containing the phrase ‘conspiracy theory’ - then take a cold shower. Then please tell all of us why you think it indicates a Director selling stock b/c they think the price will go down b/c they know something we don’t - that would be illegal. It’s called ‘Insider Trading’ - if you’re accusing a Director of TYR of this you would want to be:Seriously? Unless you have something real, interesting and ‘material’ to bring to the party, suggest you go elsewhere.
