The 2A announcement was not disclosing any sale. It was just notifying the market of the exercise of options. However, it was obvious to all that the only reason to exercise options would be to sell the resulting shares, so most would have assumed a director notice coming very soon afterwards. It was also clear that it was Mr. Hearn as he was the only director with so many options.
