Work out the $ spent for the shares bought, looks like he was / is trying to buy them at .009c and only got hit for a few.
Change of director notice requirements means that he has a limited time from buying to notify the market.
If I were a betting man, my guess is those bought this morning at 1c were his as well, as it was the volume that was sitting at the top of the bid at 0.009.
If so we will see an updated to that notice in the coming days.
