Consider the quantity of his share parcel, even if he knew exactly what is the lowest SP, it is hard to achieve that in today's lowest price anyway. The curve is flatten and SP movement seems stabilized, what I said is STILL sound stands - bargain.
The best is to make the god your best friend, while it is impossible for most of people, so we have to try with risk in mind.
