I do not think the TMZO are a recent purchase, records show that David Williams has held 333,333 TMZO options since 3 November 2020.
Perhaps he is trying to demonstrate some confidence in the future of TMZ by converting the options now, given the current share price and negative sentiment? Some further positive updates and plans on how the company plan to move forward would be more useful IMHO.
