Okay well I was in at .30 so yeah you were bags late to the game in reality. I have watched this stock go up and very unceremoniously straight back down. The only difference, is there's actually the appearance of a pipeline for once here. To be frank though, there's no true IP that Cogstate will or can ever own in the context of a trial data management. It all comes back as you mentioned - to the whim of some billionaires continuously providing funding without scrutiny.
