Yeah they just need to trim the fat up the top and then Cogstate will be ready to ramp. Have stressed this in the past - and has only gotten worse by the looks. But top executives are way overpaid for size of this organisation - especially considering the phase of their growth they are in ... SW is often incomplete too so the picture is going to be worse than this for sure.
