Well hasn't BRN this year just been a kick in the guts.
Hard to see how the SN Tech findings are not considered material or how the sales this week are not in breach of the policy listed beneath, and the company would have a fairly good idea by now about the outcome of both investigation and upcoming deals. Interested to find out what their stance is come Monday.
