This is a guy who has made millions in his previous careers from performance shares and bonuses.
How does he pay his tax bill from more free shares? By destroying the sp in a mad dump.
For a guy who is payed to grow a business he has not shown any belief by doing this, surely those shares would be worth multiple times what he sold them for if we had good news coming.
There is no possible way he had no alternative other than sell those shares to pay the tax bill as well.
Instead of backing BRN he has thrown it under the bus for his own interests.
Second strike coming.
