So if he exercised options then that's one thing - but if he sold and then rebought he must be in a clear trading time meaning that there isn't anything confidential in the company at the moment. It strikes me that if he simply made $7400 (less tax) then that's not exactly mind blowing but I agree that perception is important. Somehow this board just doesn't manage perceptions very well and this is another example.
