I feel sad about your negative attitude towards SDL. Your negative mind has blinded you to see the fact.

Those two directors' change notices are good news because this information demonstrates that those two directors did not sell their shares. Porter did not sell his shares since the last change notice in Feb 2017. Guillo also did not sell their shares at all. He still owns his shares as what he did have in the past.

The purpose of these directors' change notices only to show that they did not convert their options into shares. This is another good news because it prevents further shareholders' dilution. Another good news that although Porter is still the largest shareholder in SDL, his equity ownership is not much higher than China Development Bank, the mortgagee of Hanlong shares.
