Yep, that's EXACTLY the way I see it Lockitt,. PER got caught up in the COVID pump and dump of micro caps, flattered Diamond briefly when the trial was clearly not being done properly. Garner explains it all very well in his company over view, which I think is spot on after my 20 years in ANP....
