im not saying that the 55mil didnt go to more than one buyer so i am not going to question your facts

But what i will question is your interpretation of the facts

The fact is that those 55mil or whatever the number was went out to market as a block transfer of 50 odd Mil

So where ever that amount landed it landed in somewhere as 50 odd Mil and in doing so it landed as a bulk transfer of over 5% and therefore there should have been a sub holder notice under asx ruling put to market
Followed by a ceasing to be a sub holder if it dropped below that 5%

Now i am not going to get into one here on HC i have rung the office and the office share my opinion a sub holder should have been lodged

Now moving on upon talking to a member just recently i asked for an up to date top 20 to try to see what is going on with the top end of town

I was informed that request would have to be put to the board ( LOL here we go again )

Now some time back when all this challenge BS was going on in the early days i asked for the top 20 in that early period and that top 20 no BS was sent out to me more or less instantly

So in light of that last request what has actually changed, have they not been spruiking through out this challenge how they are going to do better and be upfront and more transparent with their SH

Yet here i am put out a simple request as a LT SH asking a simple question and all of a sudden that information for whatever reason has obviously not been that forthcoming

WHY

Why should the top 20 all of a sudden become a part of the official secrets act, and these self same people throughout this challenge have encouraged SH participation feel free to call us with your concerns

that was whilst the challenge was on, SH phones never stopped ringing i even met up with a member of staff by invite

But now the challenge is over and they have secured things it would appear that a silence is golden all of a sudden

What are they hiding by hanging onto this top 20 it is really not that sensative at all is it

or IS IT

I have no idea LOL

and i was informed give these people a second chance they are out to improve and do better

So much for transparency
