Another masterclass from Garner on how to stablise the share register of a penny stock. He has found someone to soak up all the PVL overhang at 1 cent. The share register is now becoming very friendly and stable?
Technicals are suggesting a major move is brewing as Bollinger banks etc get very tight. Given cash backing (not including tax refund) is 1 cent, safe to assume the move is higher
