By your reckoning it’s probably also the fault of Starpharma’s paid consultants that influenced the board to fight the FDA for 5 years rather than conduct a new quick and cheap trial.

P.S. I wonder if we will ever find out who the consultants were that benefited from advising Starpharma from 2019 to 2023 during the FDA saga. I trust there were no related parties.
