it is actually very interesting & very positive since it appears Doug bought the shares of Chad Zani, the ex-EZA leader
if my memory is correct (it could be wrong), i recall it was posted once the Zani brothers were the big sellers

Chad Zani held 835,669 shares, the same amount Doug purchased today
so it appears Zani is out, which is very good, imo, since we don't want a quick seller if there is an acquisition
