I don't think that's right gilly.
Options packages are supposed to be performance based incentives.
If the stock moves back near previous highs (about 30c) on momentum alone within 3-6 months, they will make about 100K for every million options they hold.
It's $100K for every 10c above 19c if they hold 1m options.
I think this stock will easily rise to 45+ in the next 12 months so it should have been priced at 30c, giving the directors a nice 150K per million options held. As it stands, they will make about 250K per million options if it reached 45c.
That's a bit rich.
