But you forget the company sp will drop to zero without the expertise of those same directors your trying to deny them any stake in the company they are the prime movers in. Its great for you anyway if the price goes up to 45 cents quickly but what if you give the directors nothing extra to gain & they all decided to quit the company once the shares easily get to 45cents and go start another one to put their other great ideas in. Do you have the expertise to step in and run MBE & cheaply?
