You make it sound like they have worked all year for free to please us mean shareholders
They are pulling close to $300,000 for their hard work according to the last Annual Report and also have plenty of other options sitting in the money
I agree with TBE, it seems a bit rude to raise money at 26c and then issue yourself options with a 19c exercise price
But as you say it was already agreed to and it wasn't their doing that the share price fell at this time to allow such a low exercise price.
Doesn't look right, but anyway the buyers are back and I hope the instos that are forecasting 30c are doing some buying
