You've hit the nail on the head mate. It's purely symbolic. He owns 100 million ordinary shares but he just wanted to pat investors on the shoulder and say "everything's ok, nothing has changed. Ignore the theatrics." Perfect timing if you ask me. As a long term holder, obviously it isn't my plan to sell but it has been painful watching the correction occur. We all knew it was coming but the price sat up high for longer than I thought it would and I got used to seeing some juicy paper profits exploding out of my portfolio.
