BUT....80k isn't a lot of money in the grand scheme of things and he couldn't be selling at a worse time imo and I do think there will be a little negative pressure on the SP. he does take a wage and would have known about this for sometime. having said that I imagine there are many things we, quite rightly, don't know about his private life but perception is so important and I think this doesn't look great - however small the sale.

again, I'm a long term holder not looking to sell but just expressing thoughts. I see it as a buying opportunity but others (esp instos) may not
