No specific prohibited trading window outside of half year and full year announcements in LDX's Trading Policy. Refer here.
That is, an announcement could land tomorrow assuming his buys at the time weren't based off MNPI. Eg. purchase of shares before distribution contract signed and announced I'd argue as okay, whereas purchase of shares after contract signed but before announcement would not be IMO.
