Just checked and yep, mostly low ratings ATM, though still a bunch of 5s. Looking at it though most complaints are about price increases followed by product issues / poor support response times.
Complaints about price increases from existing users seems par for the course. I looked at a few other apps I own where the price has increased lately and it's a sea of low ratings and price hike complaints.
The product issues and poor support are more worrying but hard to contextualise without an idea of how many support calls they're doing monthly i.e. is it a tiny % of disgruntled users or is it a relatively large %.
For me there are still seeds of hope in Tinybeans. When they focus on their awesome product they're uncommercial. When they focus on being more commercial the product suffers. There's a balance there somewhere - just a question of whether new management can find it.
